New Software….Please be kind.
We are in the process of implementing a new software program for our Health Information. Our previous software is almost six years old, quite the dinosaur of ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS.
We have been way ahead of most practices in having electronic records for over six years. We have been escribing prescriptions for three years now. Our patients love having their prescriptions sent immediately from the exam room to their pharmacy. The ability to screen medications for interactions is much easier with electronic records.
Please bear with us as we make the transition to a new software. It will have glitches and progress is fraught with growing pains.
Our attitude is positive and we are trying our best to update our practice to better serve your needs. We laugh a lot to relieve stress.
At least you can be reassured that our goal is to provide the best care possible for your family. Upgrades are painful,but necessary.
